RUTA77 is a mountain house exclusively for your group. Wood, tatami, a deck, an equipped kitchen and fast internet, surrounded by forest for restful days and time together.

For your group, including up to 2 adults. All amounts are in Japanese yen.
Friday is included in the ¥24,800 rate. Japanese public holidays and their eves have a special rate, including when they fall on Sunday–Friday; Golden Week, Obon and New Year override all other rates. Special dates and the total are confirmed before booking. Booking platforms may add their own fees.

No. RUTA77 does not apply an additional guest surcharge to children.

Yes. The house has two large Dainichi kerosene fan heaters. Winter driving in the area requires preparation for snow and frozen roads.
Not at the moment. The house is initially focused on short stays, and we will review the need later.
No. RUTA77 does not accept pets.
Eight futon sets are available. Registered capacity and the final sleeping arrangement are confirmed before accepting a booking.
HOUSE RULES
Please keep quiet from 9 p.m. During the day, avoid shouting and loud music outdoors. Parties and noisy gatherings are not permitted.
Only guests included in the booking may enter the property. Please notify us of any guest changes before arrival. Minors must be accompanied by an adult; unaccompanied minors cannot stay.
Use only the barbecue provided at the house and follow its instructions. Bringing your own barbecue, lighting bonfires and using fireworks are not permitted.
Smoking indoors, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited. Smoking is allowed only in the designated outdoor area with an ashtray. Extinguish cigarette ends completely and place them in the ashtray.
Pets are not allowed. If you travel with an assistance dog, please contact us before your stay to arrange your arrival.
You may use the areas of the property intended for guests. Respect the property boundaries and do not enter neighbouring properties.
The house is in a forest, so insects may be present, including indoors. Keep doors closed and use insect screens where available. Do not leave food or rubbish outside.
The property has outdoor security cameras.
